		<description>Could it be that the ever present Now is like a wave and is constantly moving.  For us to experience it we must move with it?  I imagine it like a wave, moving through an ocean without a shore.  As long as we surf the wave, we are in the present.  The only past or future is in our minds, so if I fall off the wave, I am ruminating about the past, or planning/fretting about the future, but never really in them.  Just a thought.</description>
